Air operated hydraulic jack with 3 heavy duty pistons rated for 50 Tonne. This jack can be used for safely lifting, heavy trucks, construction vehicles and agricultural vehicles, buses, trailers. With a minimum height of 20.2 cm, almost every lifting point is accessible.

This allows an entire range of vehicles to be jacked up. With 60.1 cm jacking height, vehicles and machines with high axles can be raised. The hydraulic jack requires compressed air to lift heavy loads up to 50 Tonne.

TyreON jacks are easy to operate and are featured with divers safety options as dead mans joystick which also aids controlled lowering speed. Great load stability with wide base. In- and external hard-chrome cylinders resistant to corrosion and wear.

All 3 cylinders are fitted with two seals to prevent oil escape. Comes with a safe hold-to-run joystick. Shortcut for quick (de)coupling of the air-hose. 203 cm long reach and 4.5 mm steel plate chassis. Handle can be locked in 3 positions; 45, 90 and 180º.

Fast lifting by pneumatic high-pressure-pump. 3 extensions to close gap between the saddle of the jack and the jacking point. Can be used both indoors and outdoors under severe conditions.

Damage due to an overload is prevented by an overpressure valve. The cylinders are raised to the jacking point quickly and also are dropped rapidly once without load. The no-return valves ensure a locked position for loads at all heights and a controlled even lift rate under load.

A reduction valve ensures a smooth shock-free descent, also with heaviest load. The oil can not escape, even if the jack is on its side. Metal contracts and expands with variations of temperatures, the jack will not fail at low or high temperatures. Height with 3 extensions 651 mm.

Width of the base 195 mm. Width with wheels 265 mm.

Required air pressure 8-12 / (0.8-1.2) Bar/(Mpa). Every air operated hydraulic jack is fully tested at the factory before being packed along the documentation, ready for dispatch! TPH50T-3H air operated hydraulic jack with wheels and handle.
